Blue Ocean Resort and Spa, Lying in the heart of Konkan and Malwan trerritory, Atlantic Restaurant offers a gastronomic treasure that will please both vegetarian and non- vegetarian foodies. At Blue Ocean you can relish it all - the vast spread of vegetarian delights richly prepared in traditional coconutcurry and accompanied by mango pickles, as well as the traditional Malwan recipes of Ganapatipule - Fish Currry, Rice and Kokum Kadhi that are favourites from a traditional Konkani kitchen. Eat your heart out and gulp it all down with the help of fresh coconut of fruit juices, seved right from nature fresh orchards and farmyards.

Led by Chef de Micheal Martin, The Restaurant is celebrated for its excellent cuisine and unique ambience. The gorgeous dining room features three open studio kitchens, allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the culinary artistry on display. The menu showcases both Asian and European influences, with a tempting selection of classic favorites and creative dishes for you to sample. Cheese connoisseurs will be drawn to the The Wine and Cheese Cellar, housed in five-meter-high glass walls, where our knowledgeable staff can introduce you to some of New York's greatest culinary treasures.
